Reminder of Campus Safety Precautions

The 果冻传媒 has communicated that the health and safety of our students, Elders, faculty, and staff is our priority.

With variants of COVID-19, Influenza, and the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) currently at a high prevalence in Saskatchewan, we need to remain cautious, and we encourage everyone to take the necessary safety precautions while on campus.

Individuals who are sick, not feeling well or who experience respiratory or COVID-related symptoms should not come to campus.
- Please do not bring others onto campus, such as friends or family members, who are currently sick or experiencing respiratory or COVID-related symptoms.
- Please stay home, self-manage, and advise the 果冻传媒 Crisis Response Team immediately.

We continue to encourage and welcome masking on any of the three campus locations. Masks and hand sanitizer are available upon entering campus, in addition to every classroom, lab and library.
We encourage regular self-testing: rapid antigen test kits are available for all campus community members.
Regular testing is recommended when we are asymptomatic to ensure the safety of ourselves and those around us daily.

Guide to Understanding the Class Schedule

The will help you interpret the Winter 2023 class schedule. You will see that it refers to the Fall 2022 semester but it is the same information for the Winter 2023 semester. Please note that the examples included in the Guide are snapshots of what you will see in the system. If you are using to search for courses, you will see the same information as in the examples but in a different format.

Student Success Services and Elders Services

Student Success Services staff offer a blend of virtual and in-person support services. Student events such as seminars, workshops and collaborative events will be a blend of virtual and small in-person events. Continue to check the SSS URCourse to find additional information on the writing clinic, nutrition support, wellness counselling hours, and retention seminars and workshops.

Pipe Ceremonies will continue to be offered monthly at each campus. Contact the Elders鈥� helpers at each campus for details on ceremonies or to schedule visits with the Elders or Knowledge Keepers.

Workstations 鈥� All Campus locations

Regina Campus computer lab is relocated to Room 2008 (formerly the Medicine Room) on the 2nd Floor East.
The Saskatoon library has 8 workstations.
The Northern Campus computer lab and library are located in the basement, with 18 workstations in total (subject to change).
- Computer lab 鈥� 4 workstations;
- Library 鈥� 12 workstations;
- A second, temporary lab is established in classroom B12 with 8 workstations.
Cleaning Procedures:
- Thorough cleansing of all surfaces will be done throughout the day.

Zoom for Students

For students who may be new to the 果冻传媒 Zoom videoconferencing method, we have a that will walk you through accessing the virtual classroom or take a few minutes to watch the video tutorial.

Laptop Loan Program

果冻传媒 continues to offer the program for the Fall 2022 term. Students must meet specific requirements and conditions. Students must indicate which campus they are attending and where they want to pick up the laptop.
